Traffic to be Restricted under Thomas Circle Monday and Tuesday
On Monday, April 8, and Tuesday, April 9, traffic on Massachusetts Avenue, NW, under Thomas Circle will be limited during non-rush hour times. On Monday, from 9:30 am to about 3:30 pm, eastbound traffic will be restricted to one lane. On Tuesday, westbound traffic will be restricted to one lane.
The closings are to allow for an engineering inspection of the tunnel as part of the preparation for the resumption of the rehabilitation work.
