Residential Permit Parking is a program initiated by the District to increase access to on-street parking for residents in their neighborhoods. Residents can use this page to search for streets that have been set aside for permit parking. There is a brochure* available that explains this program in detail.

To use this feature, please enter a street name. You do not have to enter ST or AVE suffix. You can enter a part or whole street name. Block and ward numbers are optional but it can help narrow your search.

If your block is not on the list, you may download the petition form*. This form will enable your street block to petition District Department of Transportation to initate a permit parking program.
