Description/Schedule of Service
Requests for grass and weed mowing should be made immediately to the City-Wide Call Center at (202) 727-1000. Determine and describe the specific location of the problem (i.e. median strips, gateways, circles around monuments). A service request will be put into the Hansen tracking system, and the resident will receive a service request number.

- Investigation 3 days
- Resolution 15 days

Further Action
DDOT's standard is to investigate reports within 3 business days and resolve problems within 15 business days. Call the Mayor's Hotline at (202) 727-2980 if the problem hasn't been resolved by the specified date of completion. Please reference your service request number.
