Description:13th Street, NE
The District Department of Transportation will begin paving restoration on 13th Street, NE on or about Monday, November 2, 2009. This work will be from Maryland Avenue, NE to G Street, NE.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in approximately one (1) week weather permitting. The Contractor is authorized to work from 7 am until 7 pm, Monday through Saturday.
The paving restoration of the street will include milling of old asphalt, laying new asphalt and installing permanent line striping.
During construction, at least one (1) lane of traffic will be maintained. Access to the adjacent houses and/or businesses will also be maintained. However, curbside parking will not be allowed on 13th Street during the construction.
