Paving: Montello Avenue, NE
The District Department of Transportation will begin paving restoration on Montello Avenue, NE on or about Monday, November 16, 2009. This work will be from Neal Street to Oates Street, NE.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in approximately one (1) week, weather permitting. The Contractor is authorized to work from 7 am until 7 pm, Monday through Saturday.
The paving restoration of the street will include milling of old asphalt, laying new asphalt and installing permanent line striping. During construction at least one (1) lane of traffic will be maintained. Access to the adjacent houses and/or businesses will also be maintained. However, curbside parking will not be allowed on Montello Avenue, N.E., during the construction.
